Qigong consists of slow mindfull movements combined with breathwork and energy life force that we all carry within our body.When we practice with slow mindfull movements combined with breathwork and also connecting with our internal and external energy this helps to release stress and tension within our mind and body.☯️🙏
When we experience high levels of stress and anxiety this has a huge impact on our health and wellbeing.
We have 12 main meridians that are connected to our internal organs. When our meridians become blocked. This is when we can experience tiredness, frustration, anger and also depression. 😥
The exercises within qigong can help to unblock our energy channels throughout our body and also help strengthen and stimulate our internal organs. ❤️🫁🙏
