The whole fitness industry has been shook this weekend as we hear of the passing of the incredible Sonia Sonique Smith 🤍🌈

Sonique was a ray of sunshine - an incredible human, with the biggest heart and the biggest zest for life.
We will forever be grateful that Sonique was part of the first ever Lancashire Fitness Festival.

She grasped life with both hands - and through this sad time we are all reminded to do the same ✨

Book the trip - make the change - do what makes you happy - be kind to others always- and grasp your life with all your might … because tomorrow is a gift .. not a given! 🫶🏻

The Saturday night party was such great fun!! 💃
We have never seen so many organised routines, line dancing or energetic dance moves in one place before!! 😂

And cocktails served in pineapples 🍍… that was 🤌🏻
