I have also made the decision to reduce my paper usage by turning to a sustainable business card. I ordered this from V1CE.

I love this business card and I take it to every networking event. I have been looking for ways to become more sustainable as a business and this was one way that I could be more sustainable.

One powerful mindfulness technique is deep breathing, which involves taking slow, deep breaths to activate the body's relaxation response. Deep breathing can help calm the nervous system, reduce stress hormones like cortisol, and promote a sense of calm and relaxation.
