For world re start a heart day I had the pleasure of showing 40 year 5s how and when to call 999, how to assess a casualty, the recovery position, CPR and how to deal with a serious bleed. A good day all round. Back to do it all again tomorrow at the same school.

Today is the 5th birthday of Paramedical. Since starting we have grown, so thank you to everyone who has used us and everybody who have supported us.

We now employ 3 people on a part time basic, have a medical supplies business and have just ventured into medical event cover.

If the next 5 years grow like the first 5 years then fingers crossed we will be in a very good position.

Onwards and upwards.

We will be providing medical cover at Alfreton Party in the Park tomorrow, both first aid and Paramedic cover.

Please pop down to the medical tent as we are bringing adult, child and baby manikins to teach some first aid for FREE. All ages welcome. Come and meet and have a go on our Fat Fred manikin and see what you think. We also have defibrillators and airway heads to play with.
