Many of you already know that I took my business full-time in January 2023, and although running a business can be challenging at times, I must be doing something right as here I am still continuing to grow two and a half years on!
The majority of the work I currently do is with my corporate clients, delivering wellbeing and neurodiversity training and support. This year I’ve also seen a rise in ADHD coaching enquiries, which is why I’ve been working behind the scenes on the next step in my professional development to become an ADHD coach.
This is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time, but feels a little scary to share! As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman, coaching has been one of the most powerful tools in both my personal and professional growth, and I’m super passionate and excited about being able to offer the same support to others.
To help build my coaching hours and experience, I’m opening three spots for anyone with ADHD who would like to try out coaching, free of charge. You don’t need to be formally diagnosed - self-diagnosis is valid and welcomed!
Coaching is a great way to help move past the blockers and challenges that come with ADHD, and to find practical strategies that actually work for your brain.
If you’d like to book a session, just follow my calendar link and choose the 30-minute consultation option:

Ps: If you, anyone you know, or your workplace is interested in neurodiversity coaching, training or support then please drop me a DM and I’d be happy to chat!
