Folks this man is brilliant, Joe Wicks the body coach, I'm sure you have all seen on fb and insta that he is doing daily P.E. classes on his YouTube channel, well I just put it on today and it's great! Clears the head, keeps us active (even in isolation) and keeps the kids active and amused. Dont let this virus get you down, keep active, keep positive and keep your mental health on top form too! See you all soon!💪

Folks I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all of my clients and everyone who has supported me since I have started, cant believe that in a short space of time there has been over 660 likes for my page! Although I have taken the decision to postpone all appointments due to the current situation we all find ourselves in. I trust that you understand that having two young children and as I work from home this is something I need to do, I will keep you all updated as to when appointments will open again.
