Holiday Mode Activated! 🧘🏼‍♀️

Hey everyone!
Just dropping a quick note to let you know that I'm hitting pause on the hustle for a bit and taking a well-deserved break. I will be back on the 29th of January.

It's been a busy stretch, and I'm looking forward to unplugging, recharging, and returning with a fresh perspective.

My schedule tends to shift quite a bit, especially in the winter months.
Today, I unexpectedly had some time for admin tasks and spent the afternoon planning ideas to create more content for you, both on here and for the account 👏🏻😁

It has officially been 4 years to this day since I have Qualified as Sports Massage Therapist with the 👩‍🎓

My goodness, what a journey it has been… Honestly, It hasn’t all been smooth sailing but lessons have been learned along the way.
I feel so much more confident in myself since working as a Mobile Therapist and also alongside the lovely .j.jones_ at the Clinic in Coalville.

I am so happy and thankful to be able to earn a living the way that I do.
I have met so many amazing people as well as being able to help my clients heal their physical pains.
It’s beyond rewarding.

Here’s to 2024 in my role as your Therapist!
