You don’t struggle with motivation.
You struggle with having a plan that actually makes sense for your life.

Same with food.
Same with exercise.
Because right now it probably looks like this…

You try to “be good” with food
Cut things out, overthink it, then end up back where you started

And with exercise?
You tell yourself you’ll go all in…
do a few workouts…
then it fizzles out because it just doesn’t fit your routine

So you think the problem is you.
It’s not.
The problem is you’ve never been shown how to make this feel simple and doable

That’s exactly what I focus on inside my 6 week Better Body Bootcamp
We work on BOTH sides, properly.

Not just “eat less, move more”
But how to actually make food and exercise work for you

I’ll help you:
• Keep food simple, enjoyable and realistic so you’re not constantly starting over
• Stop the all or nothing mindset around eating
• Build a routine where you feel in control, not restricted
AND…
• Show you how easy and enjoyable exercise can actually be
• Give you a clear, realistic plan so you’re not guessing what to do
• Help you set goals that actually keep you consistent
• Fit workouts around your life, not the other way round

Because the reason you’ve never stuck to an exercise routine before?
You didn’t have a proper plan.
And the goal you were chasing probably wasn’t realistic for your life.

This is about changing that.
No extremes. No pressure to be perfect.
Just a better way to approach your body, your fitness, and your food.

If you’re ready to stop starting over and actually feel back in control…

Message me BOOTCAMP and I’ll send you the details 🤍

I am so excited about this.

Being able to help a small group of women feel their absolute best, build confidence and realise what they are actually capable of is exactly why I love doing this.

If you’re ready to get fitter, feel better in your clothes and go into the spring and summer months feeling confident, then this might be exactly what you need.

I’ve created a 6 Week Better Body Bootcamp.
Over the 6 weeks I will guide you through your nutrition, bodyweight training and gym workouts so you start to feel stronger, fitter and more confident in yourself.

You’ll also have direct access to me on WhatsApp, so you can ask questions, get support and have the accountability to keep you on track.

There will be 2 in-person group training sessions each week
Tuesday mornings at 10.30am
Thursday evenings at 6pm
You don’t have to attend both, but you’re more than welcome to if you want to really push yourself.

I will be tracking everyone’s progress throughout the 6 weeks and the person who shows the most consistent commitment will win 4 weeks of online coaching with me to keep the momentum going.

During the 6 weeks you will:
• Learn how to train confidently in the gym
• Be pushed further than you thought possible
• Probably hate me and love me at the same time
• Have a lot of fun along the way
But if you give me your all, I will get you results.

The investment is £150 for the full 6 weeks, which is a small price to pay for the support, guidance and results you’ll get.

To secure your place a £50 deposit is required, with the remaining balance payable in instalments. Full payment must be completed by 8th April, and we start on 13th April.

Each week I’ll set targets and challenges to keep you focused and motivated.

You’ll also receive meal ideas and guidance so you can learn how to plan food that works for you and your lifestyle.

And don’t worry… I’m not about to tell you to live on chicken and broccoli.
Life is for living and I’m all about balance.

Honestly, these 6 weeks could change everything for you, and I’m so excited to get started.
If you want one of the limited places, send me a message to secure your spot.

I nearly didn’t post this…

The photo on the left was 4 years ago.
I’d completely lost my way with my diet and training. In all honesty, I just couldn’t be bothered 🙈

I didn’t feel awful… but I didn’t feel great either.
My clothes were tight, I felt uncomfortable and, if I’m honest, a bit squishy.

Here’s the interesting part…

There is no difference in my weight.
I was around 8st 10lbs then and I’m roughly the same now.

The difference?
Muscle.
Strength.
Consistency.

Over the last few years I’ve stopped trying to run myself into the ground or starve myself “back on track”.

I’ve focused on building strength.
I don’t deny myself foods I enjoy.
I don’t force myself to train every day.
I just show up. Again and again.

Slow and consistent always wins. Every single time.

As I head towards 50, I’m not interested in being smaller.
I’m interested in being stronger, firmer, healthier and confident in my own skin.

So this second photo?
It’s accountability. Yes, even PT’s need it.
I’m tidying up my nutrition.
I’m pushing myself a little harder in the gym.
And I’m stepping into my 50’s in the best shape I can be.

Who’s coming with me?

27/02/2026

I’ve been with my husband for over 28 years… he’s always liked my bum. However, years of not eating correctly and doing the bare minimum it has lost its way.

I make no secret that it’s my least favourite thing to train… but I refuse to have a saggy ass… so I get on with it.
I hate training legs and glutes, but I like the results!

Sometimes you just have to get on with it!

26/02/2026

I’ll try not to get on my soapbox with this one…
Ladies, I’ve been lifting weights for a number of years now, I absolutely love it.

But I do get a little frustrated with the constant comments like… I don’t want to look really muscular, I don’t want to get big and bulky… I just want to be toned.

Please tell me in the comments below ⬇️ Do I look big & bulky? 🤔

Creatine isn’t a “gym supplement”.
It’s a women’s energy, strength, and brain-support supplement.
It’s just been marketed badly.

Creatine is now one of the most researched supplements available, and for good reason. Research continues to show benefits far beyond muscle, including energy production, cognitive support, recovery, and resilience, especially as we age.

Some emerging studies even suggest creatine may play a supportive role in brain health, which is why it’s now being looked at well beyond the gym space.

This isn’t just for women who want to train harder or lift heavier.
Every woman can benefit.

In fact, one of the most impactful things women can do during perimenopause and menopause is:
Increase resistance training
Support the body with creatine

And no, before you ask 👇
It does not make you bulky, fat, or puffy when taken correctly and with a high-quality product.

If you’re struggling with:
Low energy
Poor sleep
Low mood
Brain fog

This is something genuinely worth considering.

I’ll be honest, the mental clarity and focus I’ve noticed since taking creatine has been huge. I didn’t even realise how much I was missing until it improved.

For around £30 for a 6-week supply, it’s one of the simplest, most cost-effective supports you can add.

Honestly, it’s a no-brainer.
Comment FOCUS below ⬇️ and I’ll send you the details.

Going to the gym is one thing, however training with real purpose and intention is another.

If you’re doing all the right exercises but not seeing change, it’s not the lack of motivation it’s usually the lack of direction and effort.

You don’t need to invest heavily with a PT however, every now then for some real guidance can really get the results you are wanting to see!

If you think you need a little guidance to get you started then please get in touch. In person and online coaching available 💪🏻

Honestly, you don’t always need to keep adding weight.

Sometimes chasing heavier lifts just leaves you feeling overwhelmed, rushing reps, and fighting to hold your form together.
If that sounds familiar, pull it back.

Lift as heavy as you can realistically control and slow the reps right down.
More time under tension, better muscle engagement, and yes… you’ll definitely feel the burn.
So if going heavier feels like a battle, don’t force it.

Slow the reps, stay in control, and let the work actually do its job. 💪

16/02/2026

I’ve been there, feeling like you are forever at the gym but you have come to a standstill with your results.
It can be very frustrating and that’s why a lot of people stop training… they can’t see the results for all their ‘hardwork’.

It’s very hard easy to just go through the reps, doing the same thing week in week out, which is fine but you always need to be pushing yourself.

You can’t just move the weight from a to b, you need to focus on the area/muscle you are working. If you can’t, you need to make minor adjustments so you target the muscle… and push beyond what you think you can do. That’s when the magic and growth happens.

You need to track what you are doing to see where you can improve… and that’s exactly how a PT can help. You don’t need a trainer forever, just until you have got what you need and you can continue to grow on your own.

If you think I could help you either get started or just to the next level, drop me a message 💪🏻
