I’ve also include a picture of our beagle who has also been an amazing companion whilst I’ve been recovering at home! 🐶

It’s so important to have a support network around you to help you with your recovery! 💪

Hi everyone, just an update from me as it’s been a while since my last post!

Hope you’re all enjoying the gorgeous weather ☀️

I’m still waiting to hear back from my NHS consultant, the DVLA and some other aspects of my road to recovery.

However my GP is being very supportive and I’m having ongoing support from physio to help my rehabilitation! 💪

Trying to stay positive and wishing you all a happy spring 💐

Just a little update from me still struggling with the back pain and my body isn’t able to fight off infections very well. 😢

Trying to stay positive however more tablets for me to take to boost my iron and vitamin D levels!
