does this align with the life I want to live?

it’s either in resonance with your truth,
or it’s a quiet no from your spirit.

You can feel the difference.
Alignment feels like peace in the body.
It feels like breath.
It feels like yes.
Misalignment feels like tension, resistance, heaviness, your intuition whispering, “not this way.”

So ask yourself…
does this conversation nourish me?
does this environment feed my energy or drain it?
does this version of me still fit, or is it time to shed another layer of who I used to be?

We are not here to live half-asleep.
We are not here to move through our days on autopilot.
We are here to choose.
To create consciously.

💚 Love is meant to lift you, not break you.
It’s meant to bring peace, not confusion.
It’s meant to grow you, not shrink you.

But too often, we mistake pain for passion, and we call it love.
We give chance after chance, hoping someone will finally see our worth while we quietly lose pieces of ourselves trying to keep them.

Let me tell you this…
Love should never cost you your self-respect.

You can love deeply, but still have boundaries.
You can forgive, but still protect your peace.
You can care, and still choose yourself.

Love is not supposed to feel like begging for attention.
It’s not supposed to feel like walking on eggshells, or silencing your truth just to keep the peace.
That’s not love, that’s self-abandonment dressed up as loyalty.

Real love doesn’t require you to shrink.
It doesn’t ask you to trade your confidence for someone else’s comfort.
It celebrates your strength, your voice, your essence.

And the moment you realize that, you stop chasing love and start embodying it.
Because when you respect yourself, you raise the vibration of every relationship around you.

So here’s your reminder:
If it costs your self-respect, it’s too expensive.
If it requires you to break your spirit, it’s not love, it’s control.
And if it dims your light, it doesn’t deserve to stand in your glow.
