✨ FEMALE ENTREPRENEURS ✨

Is there a gap between who you ARE and who you NEED to be for your business?

You know what you should be doing: post more, charge more, be visible, make offers.

But you don’t.

Not because you lack knowledge or talent. But because part of you still doesn’t believe you’re the kind of person who gets to have that success.

And honestly? The number of brilliant women I see who know what to do but can’t seem to actually DO it… it’s always the same thing.

It’s not strategy. It’s identity.

Your brain won’t let you take actions that don’t match who you believe you are. That’s why you freeze before posting, undercharge or avoid being on video.

So I created a 25-minute hypnotherapy audio just for female entrepreneurs , who are DONE with imposter syndrome, perfectionism and playing small.

It’s called Step Into Your Successful Self and it helps you:

✨ Meet and embody the confident, courageous version of yourself
✨ Reprogramme the unconscious beliefs keeping you stuck
✨ Release the self-doubt that stops you from taking action
✨ Create an anchor you can use anytime for instant confidence

If you’ve been struggling with the gap between knowing what to do and being the woman who actually does it, this is for you.

Do you feel anxious because you’re sensitive? 💭

Being highly sensitive isn’t the problem. It’s how your nervous system processes life’s stress, trauma and emotions alongside the pressure to “toughen up.” The anxiety comes from carrying all that and trying to hide it.

If you’ve ever felt like your feelings are “too much” or that you shouldn’t show them, this blog is for you. Learn why sensitivity and anxiety are connected and what actually helps.

"I'm so sensitive. Is that why I'm this anxious?" I hear this question all the time. Usually whispered, often with a mix of frustration and shame. If you've ever cursed your sensitivity and wondered if you'd be less anxious if you could just toughen up , I want you to know that your se

The Art of Restoration : What Upholstery Taught Me About Therapy

When someone sits in my therapy room for the first time, they often feel worn down, like they’re “beyond help” or don’t know where to start. But I’m always looking at the structure underneath - the resilience that got them through everything that brought them here.

The work isn’t about stripping away who you are. It’s about uncovering the frame that was always there and enhancing it so it becomes stronger, more supportive, and more beautiful than it’s ever been.

Did I ever tell you how much I love traditional crafts like sewing and upholstery? Love might even be an understatement. I loved them so much that, in my spare time, I went to college just to learn how to do them properly. There's something about threading a needle, feeling fabric under your fingert

Hypnotherapy and ADHD

In a small study involving 17 participants in 2014, researchers compared the results of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and hypnotherapy. Both treatment groups improved, but the hypnotherapy patients reported significantly better psychological wellbeing, and decreased anxiety, depression, and ADHD symptoms.

That study is:

Hiltunen et al., 2014 – “Better long-term outcome for hypnotherapy than for CBT in adults with ADHD: Results of a six-month follow-up”, published in Contemporary Hypnosis and Integrative Therapy (Vol. 30, issue 3: 118–134

If you are finding it hard to stay focused, manage your emotions, or cope with the daily challenges of ADHD, hypnotherapy may offer the support you’ve been looking for. Reach out today and take the first step toward calmer, clearer living.

Hypnotherapy is an alternative treatment lead by a trained therapist using verbal repetition and mental images to help patients feel calm, relaxed, and open to suggestion. Research is scant, but suggests it may help some people with ADHD form healthy habits and increase focus.

Finding Your Way Out of Anxiety’s Maze 🦋

Anxiety can feel like being trapped in a maze with no exit. But what if I told you there’s a therapy that helps untangle the complex web that keeps you stuck?

IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) recognizes that anxiety isn’t just one thing - it’s often a combination of:

🧠 Old wounds that won’t heal - Those painful memories and emotions that still feel fresh

💭 The harsh inner critic - That voice telling you you’re not enough

💔 Relationship patterns that drain you - Boundaries that are too weak or walls that are too high

🌍 Seeing the world through dark glasses - When everything feels threatening

🪞 Losing sight of who you really are - Feeling disconnected from your true self

Instead of just managing symptoms, IEMT helps your brain naturally process and resolve these deeper issues using simple eye movements. It’s like giving your mind permission to finally file away what happened and step into who you’re becoming.

Sometimes the path to peace is simpler than we think. 💙

🧠 The Science of Rapid Therapeutic Change: Why Your Brain Can Transform Faster Than You've Been Told ⚡️

Your brain learns instantly when you touch something hot. So why do we accept that emotional healing must take years?

The solution? Working WITH your brain’s natural processing systems instead of around them.

✨ Your brain created the patterns causing you difficulty to protect you
✨ The same brain can create NEW patterns just as quickly
✨ You don’t need years of talking , you need the right approach

If you’ve been told change takes forever, it’s time to question that belief. 🤔

From Freud to TikTok: How Therapy Trends Have Changed Over the Decades

🛋️✨ If Freud had TikTok… would he be scrolling or analysing the algorithm? 🤔

Therapy has come a long way from the old psychoanalytic couch to short-form videos, memes, and modern approaches that fit our fast-paced world. 📱💭

Every generation reshapes how we talk about the mind. What once belonged to Freud’s notebooks now trends on TikTok feeds. The tools may change, but the goal is the same: understanding ourselves, healing, and growing. 🌱

👉 What do you think Freud would make of today’s therapy trends?

Once upon a time, therapy meant lying on a couch, staring at the ceiling, and confessing your deepest secrets while a stern-looking therapist scribbled on a notepad. Fast-forward a few decades, and now therapy advice comes in 30-second TikTok videos featuring life coaches in yoga pants, telling you

Ever felt like you’ve been holding your breath your whole life?

For many people living with anxiety, that is their “normal.” In my new blog, I explore what it’s like to live with chronic anxiety and the powerful moment when you finally realise there’s air above the surface. 🌊 ✨

👉

"I thought that was normal." I hear this phrase often, usually spoken with a half-smile or nervous laugh, just after someone has described what it’s like inside their world. The constant feeling of waiting for the other shoe to drop. Replaying conversations, scanning for mistakes o

It’s Groundhog Day - AGAIN!

But here’s the thing… it doesn’t have to be.
You weren’t born an anxious person. Your brain LEARNED to be that way, which means it can unlearn it too.

Those patterns that feel so permanent? They’re just really well-practiced habits. And habits can be changed.

Ready to teach your brain some new tricks?
