The exciting bits have finally started.

For months it’s been walls and wires and me trying to visualise what it’s all going to look like. Today I walked in and the flooring is down, the radiators are in, and we’re weeks away from opening.

Now comes the part I’ve been waiting for. The details. The bits that turn a building into a space that actually feels like something.

I can’t wait for you to see it. We’re blocking the windows soon so nobody can peek while this bit gets done - but when those doors open, it’s going to be worth the wait.

Sōma is ancient Greek for body. Not just the physical form, but the living, breathing, functioning whole. The vessel that carries everything you are.

Sana is Latin for health. Not the absence of illness, but the active pursuit of feeling great in your own skin.

Not a spa. Not a clinic. Something New.

A place for people who believe how they feel every day deserves the same care and intention they give everything else that matters.

SŌMA SANA™ is now officially registered.

It might seem like a small detail, but to us it feels important.

This name carries a lot - the vision, the late nights, the plans spread across the table, the conversations about how we want this place to feel.

Protecting it felt like the right next step.

✨ The Sōma Sana First Look | A Private Preview ✨

The week before we open, Sōma Sana will be welcoming a small number of people inside for a First Look.

This is a private preview of the clinic - a chance to experience our space, our approach, and our wellness facilities before anyone else.

We’re offering four complimentary, hosted invitations, each for one person plus their guest, to take part in a four-hour guided wellness journey with full access to our facilities.

To be considered for one of these invitations:

Four guests will be selected.
