Splits workshop

This workshop is for you if:
– You feel tight in your hips or hamstrings
– You’ve tried splits before but felt stuck
– You want to build strength as well as flexibility
– You're a runner and notice your legs/hips are getting tighter over time
You absolutely don’t need to be able to do the splits 💛.
We’ll break everything down so you feel supported the whole way through.
