'The moon has a big impact upon the body. That’s why you will see during the time of the full moon, some people become hysterical, because it is creating an impact upon the water level. Some people can’t handle it. But if you are utilising that energy, transforming it and transcend it into the world, it creates balance for this world. Then the moon has a calming effect, which means the moon carries the vibration of peace. That’s why when you chant during full moon, it’s different from chanting on any other day.’

Full Moon is tomorrow 10th August in UK .. Lots of OM Chanting Circle organisers will be running circles globally on this day as the healing potential for humanity and the planet is significantly intensified on a full moon.

Nothing quite like an OM Chanting circle after not feeling well for what seems like ages... Clears the old negative energies transmuting them to positive energy, aligns you back to a state of peace, balance, joy and your natural state of Love 😁🙏.
Thank you to those who joined me last night as this highest divine frequency OM spread out to the surrounding environment and people/nature, only possible through the Grace of the Masters Paramahamsa Sri Swami Vishwananda and Mahavatar Babaji.
Finishing off by sending our positive intentions and love out to those in need, our loved ones and Mother Earth/Nature 🌎❤️ with the Earth Meditation, and sharing our thoughts and experiences together as a group.

Surrounded by the natural beauty of Hyde Park, participants from all walks of life came together to raise the vibration through the sacred sound of OM.🕉️ The session began with an insightful introduction to the deeper meaning of Yoga, the power of mudras, and the divine resonance of OM.
