Last Monday my lovely students gave me this beautiful hydrangea as it was my last day of teaching for now.

I’m handing over my chair yoga class (same time, same place) to the very talented Holly Honour Yoga who has been teaching chair yoga longer than me and who also taught me a lot too!

My students will know I love this book, it’s such a wonderful guide to the year, especially if like me you like to get out in nature, and follow the flow of the seasons and the phases of the moon
