She walked in not knowing what to expect. She left with her hands on her head, grinning. ๐ŸŒผ

This moment. THIS.

One of our participants recently shared something that stopped us in our tracks:

"I didn't think I was allowed to take up space anymore. But in that room, I remembered what it felt like to just... be me."

That's what Move Through This is about. Not performance. Not getting it right. Just you, your body, and a room full of women who completely get it.

No pressure. No judgment. Just movement, connection, and a little bit of magic.

If you've been curious but nervous, that's okay. Most of us were. You don't have to have it all figured out to walk through the door.

Not sure where to start? That's okay.

A lot of women come to us feeling exactly that way. They've heard about Be More Dandelion through a friend, a charity, or just a quiet search online at midnight. And then they sit with it for a while, wondering if it's really for them.

Here's what we offer:

๐ŸŒฟ Survivor Steps. Our six-week programme using gentle movement, creative expression, and community connection to help you begin rebuilding confidence at your own pace. No dance experience needed. No pressure to perform. Just you, showing up as you are.

๐ŸŒฟ Move Through This. Weekly classes that are free or by donation. A regular, safe space to move your body and connect with others who just get it.

๐ŸŒฟ Monthly Membership. Launching May 2026. Ongoing support, community, and movement. More details coming very soon.

What can you expect in a session?

- A warm welcome, always.
- Movement that is guided but never forced.
- Time to connect with other women in the group.
- The freedom to sit something out if you need to.
- No performance. No judgment. No explaining yourself.

You don't need to be fit. You don't need to have 'dealt with it' yet. You just need to be ready to take one small step.
