5. Personal trainers who spend your time walking with you on the treadmill - you can do that yourself !! do that before the session and then get more value for you time by showing you things you don’t know or just spending time actually training you. You can social between sets or break periods. 🚶
4. Trainers who decide it’s time to eat their breakfast as they train you 🥣- are you concentrated on your client or your bowl or cornflakes
3. Trainers that just wing it every workout - no plan, no structure just pick the next free machine you see. Not like you weren’t doing that before them anyway 👀
2. Trainers who says it’s their meal plan and that’s it - like have you even asked what they like ? Have you thought them anything about how to eat when not on the plan. Can’t last forever you know 📑
1. Trainers that believe the more pain they can put you in the better !! - you don’t have to leave the gym crawling after every session.
