My housekeeping tips for today

Clearing out all the stagnant energy of the past year, allowing room for the new, I swept top to bottom and saged , and wiped down the front door with cinnamon and peppermint to bring prosperity and abundance for the year ahead ✨
I also will not be doing my washing or cleaning tomorrow as I do not want to clear out my prosperity for the new year 💜

✨NEW YEARS EVE AND THE NEW YEAR ✨

This time is not about setting new intentions, making lots of goals and adding more pressure to ourselves when our body's are telling us no. Listen to the rhythm of your body and what it wants, to slow down. Winter is still time for hibernation slowly welcoming the return of the sun. Spring is when we shall rise again and plant the seeds for action and movement. Be kind to yourself this new year and listen to what nourishment your body needs. Rest creates creativity 💜
