And just like that… we’re back! 🏋️♀️✨
After some nice down over the Christmas period, we are back to it this week with many of us trying to ease ourselves back into the old routine … which is easier said than done 🫠
Try not to get caught up in the manic January rush but spend this week working out how and when you’d like to train. It helps to have some goals in mind to give you some focus; be that weight loss, performance based goals or health related for example.
Lots of my clients are revisiting their goals and for some who have been with me for a while (myself included!) the next few weeks are going to be spent testing out compound lifts and measuring where we are at.
This is hugeeeely helpful, particularly with strength training , as it will help us to set benchmarks and identity weak points which will then inevitably form the focus of 2024.
1-1 PT, Small Group PT, Bootcamps, Pre & Post Natal and Online Coaching all kicking off this week - so plenty of ways to get involved.
