We are a recruitment company seeking carer in and around Essex for care work in various organisations like care homes, retirement homes, disability care homes, mental health homes and many more.
A carer provides personalised care to clients across a broad spectrum of ages and abilities. The carer is responsible for ensuring that the client’s safety, health and nutrition and ensuring their health are well maintained.
They will help them to develop by working on their motor skills, self esteem, and physical skills by utilising experimentation and problem-solving
This role is vital to their emotional, physical and social development and usually the key duties involve planning and scheduling activities for the client working within company’s policies and guidelines and and administering targets in their care plans , and liaising with the appropriate service leaders to render holistic care.
Carer’s are responsible for looking after people who need help due to disability, illness or frailty. They work with both young and old people meeting various needs in their day to day life. These workers help with shopping, making meals, laundry, dressing, cleaning, washing, and other duties. They may work at people´s homes or in local communities.
Carers usually perform many of the following tasks:
• Cooking meals.
• Dressing disable people.
• Cleaning house rooms.
• Administering medication.
• Providing emotional support.

There is no requirement for this job as full training to become a carer will be given all in readiness to achieving a care certificate as a carer as per CQC and government requirement. Background checking is a requirement and the ability to be able to execute CPR is usually required but again training will be provided.
The salary for this role is between £8.21- £10.50 per hour increasing with weekends and bank holidays
