Yesterday afternoon, our residents rolled up their sleeves for a creative workshop, building and decorating beautiful birdhouses. With paintbrushes in hand and plenty of laughter around the table, each birdhouse became a unique reflection of their personality — from bright, cheerful colours to delicate patterns and designs. 💛

Soon, these little works of art will be placed in our garden, ready to welcome visiting birds and bring even more life and joy to our outdoor spaces.🐦

They have taken so much care of our sunflowers and take a lot of pride in them, since they have grown so well.

We originally planted them back in May and they have flourished since then!

What a wonderful day our residents had visiting the beautiful Green Island Gardens🌿💐

We strolled through winding paths surrounded by vibrant flowers, towering trees, and fascinating sculptures – everywhere we turned, there was something new to admire. The peaceful atmosphere was made even more special by meeting the garden’s very own friendly residents – the playful dog and a couple of charming cats who were more than happy to greet us 🐾💛.

After exploring, we sat down together for a tasty lunch, followed by tea and homemade cake – the perfect way to relax and chat about everything we’d seen. 🍰☕

It was a day filled with fresh air, laughter, and lovely company – a memory we’ll cherish! 🌸✨

This afternoon our conservatory turned into a mini sports arena as our residents enjoyed a lively games of table tennis! 🏓

There were plenty of competitive rallies, lots of laughter, and some surprising play from one who have never played before.

🧶 This afternoon, our lounge was filled with laughter, conversation, and the gentle rhythm of knitting needles as our residents came together for a lovely knitting session.

Some worked on projects they had already started, others helped each other with new patterns, and everyone enjoyed a relaxing time sharing stories and memories of knitting when they were younger.

It’s always wonderful to see the creativity, patience, and community spirit shine through in moments like these. 💕🫖
