🐴✨ Special Visitor Alert! ✨🐴

This morning was full of joy, laughter, and a little bit of horseplay at Welshwood Manor as we welcomed a very special guest… Owen the pony! 🐎💕

Residents were absolutely delighted to meet Owen, who trotted right into our hearts with his gentle nature and soft, velvety nose.

From brushing his mane to sharing a few cuddles, it was a magical experience that brought back beautiful memories and sparked so many smiles.

Moments like these remind us of the simple joys in life — and how much love can come from a four-legged friend. 🥰

A huge thank you to Owen and his handlers Unicorn.On.Call for creating such a heart-warming morning for everyone!

👩‍🍳🍪 Sweet moments at Welshwood Manor! Today, two of our lovely residents rolled up their sleeves to bake and decorate the most delicious shortbread cookies for our residents and staff.

A beautiful morning visit from Blackwater Alpacas & Pygmy Goats 🐐 🥹😍 We finally got to experience pygmy goats here at Welshwood Manor , everyone got to participate in holding or stroking the little baby Goats. Cuteness overload 🥹🤍 The Pygmy goats are so well-behaved. Lots of cuddles given! This is worth it, seeing all of our residents face’s light up & glow 🥹 it was magical, even the residents who don’t usually get involved in activities..

We had a wonderful visit from grandfriends too this morning, which the little children got to experience the little Pygmy goats too & got to hold them 🥹😍 it was so sweet to see them holding and stroking the little goats 🐐

Thank you so much for visiting us here at Welshwood, it’s so wonderful that you do this as a animal therapy activity for people ☺️ I am so happy that we organised this for you all, the happiness showed this morning, made it all worth it 🥹🤍
