🏆 12-WEEK NUTRITION AWARENESS CHALLENGE WINNER! 🏆

Huge congratulations to for taking the top spot in the Nutrition Awareness Challenge! 🎉

Tania finished 1st on the leaderboard, showing incredible consistency with her tracking and building real awareness around her nutrition 👏✨

This challenge was all about honesty over perfection… tracking real life, not just the “good” days, building awareness, and staying accountable over 12 weeks… and Tania absolutely nailed it 💪📊

This is what REAL progress looks like!👇

Not perfect.
Not linear.
Not instant.

No crash diets.
No extremes.
No “all or nothing” approach.

Just consistent training, enough food, and patience.
x is postpartum, a new mum and we focused on:
✔️ Building strength
✔️ Hitting protein targets
✔️ Creating a sustainable routine

And the result?

A steady drop in weight, with normal fluctuations along the way.

Because progress isn’t a straight line.
It’s messy. It goes up. It goes down.
But over time… it moves in the right direction.

And let’s not overlook this 👇
She’s doing this while navigating life with a baby! 🙌
Less sleep. More demands. Less time for herself.

Which makes this progress even more powerful.

Not because it’s fast, but because it’s sustainable.

If your weight is fluctuating week to week, that doesn’t mean you’re failing.

It might mean you’re finally doing it in a way that lasts.

Sustainable > extreme. Always.

March round up… 🌼

Met up with my coaches and the team for a training day & posing practice … equal parts wholesome and humbling. So proud of all the girls who stepped on stage and not only placed but WON their classes 🏆💪

Got a spray tan with … because obviously if you’re going to stand around in a posing suit on the gym floor, you commit fully 😳

The body is recomping (?? apparently??) so I celebrated in the only logical way… a new fit 💜 Science-backed reward system, obviously.

World Book Day delivered a Hermione Granger and W***y Wonka this year… strong effort from the kids whilst I’m just trying to remember what day it is 📚😫

Zachary went off to camp without us, Aria achieved her BAGA Grade 2 AND they both performed Mary Poppins on stage with Stagecoach… emotional and proud in equal measure 🎭🌟

Mother’s Day = approximately 47 handmade cards, decorations everywhere, and a Wagamama chicken ramen! 🥰🍜

A FULL day shopping in Norwich with my girls & … and when I say all day, I mean we committed. Steps were counted, money was spent 🛍️🙊

Prep update: training hard, doubting everything, googling “am I lean yet” daily, and surviving on reassurance, caffeine, and stubbornness!

March has felt busy, wholesome, and just a little bit chaotic… But rolling into April leaner (??), stronger, and still not entirely convinced I know what I’m doing, but we go again. Can’t stop now! 💪
