Congratulations to Helen A – our Block 1 Plank Queen! 👑

An incredible effort and so well deserved!

And ladies… WOW!!
We started this block aiming to hold a 40-second plank and every single one of you smashed past that. We finished with an unbelievable 2 minutes 10 seconds. That is strength. That is progress. That is what happens when you show up consistently and push yourselves.

I’m so proud of you all. Thank you for the hard work, the energy and the commitment you’ve brought to Block 1. I’m so excited to see what we build in Block 2 💪

Pancake Day is coming… don’t ruin your macros! 🥞

Stack your gains with these protein pancakes.

Ingredients (1 serving):
• 1 scoop 10X Athletic Whey (I used vanilla)
• 1 medium egg
• 30g oats (blended to flour)
• ½ tsp baking powder & vanilla extract
• 50mls milk

Method
1) Add everything to a blender.
2) Blend until smooth.
3) Heat a non-stick pan on medium and lightly spray.
4) Spoon in small pancakes.
5) Cook 1–2 mins until bubbles form, flip, cook another 30–60 secs.

Toppings…your choice!

I used banana slices & Nutella! 🍌🍫

Macro tweak tips:
• Lower carb: swap oats for 20g ground almonds
• Higher protein: add ½ scoop extra whey & a splash more liquid

🚲 Wrapped up the Christmas holidays with family bike rides and an adventure to the Nuclear Bunker with the kiddies

💪 Locked in and started prep with . Officially registered with the & my first competition with incoming!
🏋🏼‍♀️Returned to work and training after those 8 weeks off post-surgery. And reunited with Effie! 🥰
💕 Girls weekend away with & our girls
🎂 My mama’s birthday… cake, candles, family & love
