✨ NEW COLLABORATION ANNOUNCEMENT ✨

I’m so excited to share that I’m now collaborating with a lovely local scan clinic! 🤍

Windows to the womb have been there from the very beginning for me! We even found out our gender of my babies at this clinic 🥰 SoI’m really proud to now be that support for their families.

This means my leaflets will be available in the clinic, helping more expectant parents learn about how hypnobirthing can support them through pregnancy and birth. đź’«

As part of our collaboration, they have kindly created a special discount for my community:

Use code MUMTOBE10 to receive 10% off scans from 15 weeks onwards, including:🤍 Fetal Well-Being Scan🤍 Gender & Fetal Well-Being Scan🤍 Gender Reveal Scan🤍 Gender Premium Peek🤍 4D & Fetal Well-Being Scan🤍 4D Premium & Fetal Well-Being Scan

It’s so important to me to connect with other amazing local pregnancy services so that my clients feel supported every step of the way. ✨

If you’re expecting and would like to learn more about hypnobirthing and preparing for a calm, positive birth, feel free to message me. I’d love to support you on your journey. 🤍

🎶 Why I Encourage Music in Labour & Pregnancy 🎶

As a hypnobirthing teacher, one of the things I always encourage my couples to think about is music during pregnancy and labour.

Many people imagine hypnobirthing as only calm, slow music… but that isn’t always what works best for everyone. Sometimes uplifting, upbeat music can be incredibly powerful. 💫

Music can:✨ Help lower stress and anxiety levels✨ Encourage the release of oxytocin (the hormone that supports labour)✨ Boost endorphins, your body’s natural pain relief✨ Shift your focus and keep you feeling positive and energised

When you listen to music that makes you feel good, your body responds. Your shoulders relax, your breathing deepens, and your mind feels calmer — all things that support your body during labour.

That’s why in my sessions we talk about creating a birth playlist that truly reflects you. Whether that’s calm and gentle or upbeat and empowering. 🎧

Because birth isn’t about fitting into a box — it’s about finding the tools that help you feel safe, relaxed, and confident.

Exercise in pregnancy isn’t about fitness… it’s about preparation for birth. 🤰✨

As a hypnobirthing teacher, one thing I talk about a lot with my clients is how important movement and gentle exercise can be throughout pregnancy.

Your body is incredibly intelligent, and during pregnancy it releases hormones that help your ligaments soften and your pelvis become more flexible ready for birth. But movement helps your body work with this process, not against it.

Gentle exercise like walking, stretching, pregnancy yoga, or using a birth ball can:

✨ Help keep your pelvis mobile and flexible
✨ Encourage baby into a more optimal position for birth
✨ Reduce tension in the body
✨ Improve circulation and energy levels
✨ Help you feel more connected and confident in your body

Birth isn’t just something that happens to you — your body is designed to work with your baby. Movement during pregnancy helps create the space and balance your body needs for that process.

In my hypnobirthing courses, we talk about how your body works in labour, and how simple things like movement, position, and relaxation can make a huge difference to your birth experience.

Your body already knows what to do… sometimes it just needs a little support along the way. 🤍

✨ Spring babies are on their way and I can’t wait to hear all your beautiful birth stories.
