Hi all and particularly past students of mine.

I am thinking of teaching online again for my early Thursday class- 6:30-7:30pm in term time.
Would this appeal to anyone before I embark on all the tech journey?
Practising with me but from your own home £8 per class?
Would love your opinions!

Make time for your mind and your body with mobilising movement and breath work. All levels catered for.

Thursday nights
Fingringhoe Village Hall
6:30-7:30pm
7:45-9pm

£9per class if booked as a term or £10 drop in.
First class always free to try it out.
