We will still trade under Haswell Aesthetics Medical Ltd (because it’s a logistical, even more expensive nightmare) but the clinic is evolving into the .uk

You should be giving separate consent for photos to be shared for advertising purposes. We stopped sharing before and after photos years ago and use word of mouth only. As long as our patients are happy and recommend us that’s all that matters to us…

Before taking or using patient photos, explicit consent is a must. Whether for medical records, education, or marketing, patients must clearly understand how their images will be used—and agree to it voluntarily.

Use separate consent forms for treatment and image use, and always document the details, including the date, time, and purpose.

Failing to follow proper consent procedures can lead to serious legal consequences. As claims handler Priya Chander shares: “We’ve seen cases where photos were posted without consent, resulting in claims and costly damages.”
