Turmmeric face mask

Many of you will have heard about the benefits of consuming turmeric, but did you know it has been used by women in Asia for many years as a beauty aid to keep the face smooth and radiant whilst fighting wrinkles and blemishes. To make the mask powder add 1/2 cup chickpea flour and 1.5 tablespoons turmeric to an airtight container (this will be enough for several uses). To make a mask mix 1 tablespoon of the powder mixture in a small dish with about 5 drops of odourless oil, then add enough water to make a paste, stirring gently. Tie your hair back and spread the mixture onto your face and neck using your fingertips. (Wash your hands after). Leave on for about 15 mins and wash off in the shower. A lovely, natural, plastic free and cheap beauty treatment.
