Being Grounded to the Earth has so many benefits, but why?
Firstly the Earth is like a giant battery that contains a natural, subtle electric charge... this is a special energy !
Scientific research also promotes that we feel better after being grounded. And these are some of the benefits;
- less tense
- less stressed
- helps relieve pain
- helps you feel more balanced
- also helps to feel stronger & centered
- sleep better
It's so rare that we walk barefoot which makes it harder to feel the benefits, as our shoes act as a barrier.
I encourage you all to get outside, barefoot, & find a position that you feel comfortable in. You can sit, stand or find the asana pose to suit you.
Do a short routine or sit & meditate. Concentrate on being in the present moment & connecting to the energy around you.
