Hey beautiful Mamas. Get to know the face behind the screen! Here's a little intro into my birth story ✨️

I'm a firm believer that theres a Doula for every Mama, and a Mama for every Doula - which is why its important you get to know me as a person, not just as a Doula 🫶🏽

I didn't train in birth Doula'ing, what I can do is I hold space for your birth story postpartum - it's important to have a space you can speak openly about this!

If you feel comfortable, comment one thing about your birth you're proud of?

Mine is starting naturally before my booked induction. I fell in love with my body a little bit more that night 🥰

Write it down. Whisper it. Believe it.

We're told to bounce back, get out of the house, and, while thats all easily said, you are the only one with your baby 24/7, so...

🤍 Take time to rest, eat, and breathe - your baby will feel the difference.
