Maximise your massage – here’s how to help your body recover and get the most out of your treatment.

💧 Hydrate – massage moves fluid through the body; help flush out waste by drinking water
🚶‍♀️ Gentle movement – a short walk can keep blood flowing
🌿 Rest – your body may feel tired as it recalibrates, that’s normal!
❌ Avoid intense workouts or alcohol for at least 24 hours
🛀 Optional: Epsom salt bath, stretching or applying heat (if advised)
