New name same person.

You all might have be following my stories over the last week, as i finished 9 years of education to become a therapist and the best version of myself. Nothing will change on this page, you will still see being my raw self sharing the ups and downs as i know life is not perfect or easy!!

I am now accepting clients, face to face or online. If you or anyone you know needs that support or guidance do pass on my details.

My new journey starts now.

For those who don’t know I come from a childcare background and this amazing centre, where both my children went and I worked for a number of years, has helped me with my own mental health my dyslexia and just being an open and friendly place.

When I started my journey in counselling i always said i wanted to come back and be available for staff and parents who needed help.
Guess what I’m now ready to do that and I pray that I’m fully booked for May and June 🄰.

Mother’s Day can hold a lot of different emotions for people.

For some it’s a day of celebration.
For others it can bring grief, longing, memories, or quiet reflection.

Today I’m thinking about all the women in this picture, the mothers, the ones who hope to be mothers, the ones who have lost children, the ones who have lost their mums, and the women who step into motherly roles in so many different ways.

Motherhood isn’t one story.
It’s many stories. Some joyful, some painful, some complicated.

If today is a happy day for you, I hope it’s filled with love.
If today is a hard day for you, please know you’re not alone.

However this day feels for you,
your feelings are valid. šŸ¤

Valentine’s Day can mean love.
But it can also highlight loneliness.

A lot of men aren’t taught to ask for comfort.
They’re taught to cope quietly.

But the body doesn’t work that way.

A hug lowers stress.
It releases connection hormones.
It calms the nervous system.

Sometimes strength looks like letting someone hold you.

If you’re a man reading this you’re allowed to be held.

Look at these and tell me music isn’t good for your mental health šŸ«¶šŸ¼.

Music triggers dopamine the brain’s 🧠 ā€œfeel-goodā€ chemical, so it can genuinely lift your mood, even on them heavy days.šŸ«¶šŸ¼

I am no Dj nor do I cal myself one.
I love music and what it can make you feel (happy or sad) I get lost in it and this wee clip from Saturdays RnB night shows I get involved with it just as much as the crowd 🄰.

I’m your dance partner, hype man and entertainer all in one.

Thank you to all those that made it out on Saturday to fill the dance floor and relieve the 2000s šŸ«¶šŸ¼šŸ«¶šŸ¼.

Keep an eye out for the next one 🄰

As we move into 2026 šŸ’š

The past will always be part of our story —
but it doesn’t get to decide our future.

This year, I’m choosing intention over pressure.
Direction over perfection.
Growth over staying stuck.

Goal setting isn’t about becoming someone else —
it’s about becoming more you.

And honestly…
thank you.

Thank you for being here.
For supporting my journey.
For letting me be real, raw, and honest with you.

Let’s step into 2026 together.
One goal. One step. One day at a time.

A very happy Christmas to you all and thank you for all the support you have shown me and this page. It’s growing and gr...

A very happy Christmas to you all and thank you for all the support you have shown me and this page. It’s growing and growing all because of you. 🫶

This scared me.

DJing taps into a real fear of mine.
Not the decks. Not the crowd.
But the quiet hope that people actually enjoy what I’m giving them have I got the right songs ect.

I worry about whether the music lands.
Whether people have a good time.
Whether I’m enough in that moment.

But I showed up anyway.
Heart racing. Hands shaking. Visibility sweating.
Still pressing play.

Fear doesn’t mean stop.
Sometimes it means this matters.

So I’ll keep going.
Even when it scares me.
Especially when it scares me.

So I say to you…. Step into the fear and grow 🫶
