New year, new health, habits or hobbies? Ready to kick off 2026 at parkrun with a friend?

We are celebrating Bring a Friend to parkrun weekend on 10th January. Invite a friend and help us break the record for first-timers!

parkrun is for everyone! You can run, jog, jeff or walk. You can bring your dog on a short hand held lead, your smaller person with you or a pushchair.

If you volunteer, still bring a friend to participate or volunteer alongside you. Make a morning of it and remember the coffee afterwards!

Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New. I also want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported me over the past year. This has been the biggest and most successful year of Runfit to date 🫶🏻To my loyal weekly RunFit crew who turn up every week showing support and encouragement to each other. To everyone who trusted me with their training plans from those starting their running journey to those running personal bests over marathons. To all my followers who like, share and watch my videos. All those little things matter more than people realise.
Last but not least to for our collaboration this year. Not only for the premium running apparel but sponsoring our monthly prizes and helping to promote our group 🤝
