For the first couple of days of my holiday I havenโt trained, Iโve enjoyed laying in the sunshine and drinking a few cocktails. Yesterday I felt awful, my stomach was uncomfortably swollen and I was struggling to eat anything!! My body was craving its norm which for me is training regularly.
This morning I got up, had a chamomiles tea in my balcony then go myself back in my routine. The gym isnโt great but it felt good to move, then ive refuelled with a high protein breakfast. Iโm now laid by the pool feeling great again.
Iโm pleased my body craves the gym, I love how I feel after a workout. Iโve been training regularly over 15 years consistently now, itโs just my norm!!
