This is a post all about me 😂 the last 4 weeks I have been doing a spiritual healing course with the wonderful Jayne at Angel Wings Art learning to know who my healing guide is and my protector guide too, it honestly has been the best thing I have done for myself in ages and highly recommend trading with jayne.

In this 4 weeks along with 2 other amazing ladies Suzanne and Joanne we have supported, and practised on each other. While doing this course I have started my own spiritual healing journey while learning. I have seen my energy change and shift and quite honestly it’s the best thing I could do for my own healing journey and learning so I can bring it into my practice to help others. I will be advertising so watch out for more posts in the next couple of weeks, as I will be offering some free sessions of spiritual healing as well as some other deals so watch this space. 🌈🦋

Release

Let go of what is holding you back, stop holding on to things that are longer serving you. We hold onto negative energy so much but when we are able to release and let go we can feel lighter and more positive. So just like the trees they shed the leaves ready for new growth 🌈🦋

Come and join my wellbeing group for a great session about herbal medicine with Rachel Hawden. This session is £5 cash on the evening this Thursday 3rd April please let me know if you would like a place.

There will be a talk about herbal medicine in general, some key herbs that might be useful and how to best use them, then we'll do blind tea tastings with herb meditations. 🌿☕️
