I run a wellbeing group once a fortnight at Colne Asda community room. I run activities that prompts our wellbeing having a safe space to know you can relax be yourself and talk to like minded people. We have all sorts of activities from arts and crafts to sound baths meditation reiki oracle card readings and much more.
