WOMENS CIRCLE WEDNESDAY 29TH APRIL 2026 - 8:30PM ✨️

Join Power to Empower and for a relaxed, informal circle where you can socialise with friends, meet new people, sit quietly in the company of others, whilst reading, crafting, writing, playing a game of cards or even just having a drink and natter.

With a short guided meditation at 8pm to take some dedicated time to slow down and breath 🫶

This is a safe space for women to embrace a feminine community in Colwyn Bay.

There are no expectations, just turn up alone or with a friend (or friends) and desired choice of activity, buy a drink from the bar (coffee, alcohol, soft drinks etc.) and do what feels best for you in the space.

Not sure what to do? Don't worry we will have some self-help resource sheets on hand too.

Burnout is a state of emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion caused by prolonged stress or overwork, often linked to feeling overwhelmed, undervalued, or unable to meet constant demands.

It can lead to reduced motivation, detachment, irritability, and a sense of helplessness or cynicism toward work or responsibilities. Over time, it drains your energy and resilience, making even small tasks feel impossible and leaving little room for joy, creativity, or recovery.

**Can spiritual healing help?**

Burnout lives in the body as much as the mind. Spiritual healing supports the nervous system in moving out of constant survival mode and into rest and regulation.

This gentle work allows stored stress to soften and release, creating space for calm, clarity, and renewed energy to return.

It takes courage to prioritise you, but you can choose to do it 🙏💜

"Before the session i was pretty drained with "everyday life" stress levels. Starting to talk to Emily before commencing the healing put me at ease, and I felt very relaxed and safe. She has a very soothing voice which in turn, soothed me.

During the healing, eyes closed, I felt a fuzzy almost static sensation. it was a very calming feeling, so much so, I drifted off to sleep!

After the session I felt very light, as if I no longer was carrying any burdens or stress. It was a relief.

Emily has helped me move through each session, and every session I have felt a little more freedom /understanding and motivation to actually look inward.

I get asked this a lot and it just isn't true, sometimes people can find the term Spiritual Healing a bit intimidating but the truth is the term spiritual in spiritual healing, simply references how this supports the balance of your spirit ✨

This is another term for your bodies natural energies or emotional state, spiritual healing is often called energy healing 💜
