Turns out, Bro-ga isn’t just good for your hamstrings. It’s good for your social life too.
Here’s what happens after class (based on hard evidence — and several beers):
👥 Men stick around.
🗣️ Conversations happen.
🍻 Friendships grow — usually somewhere between a Warrior Pose and a well-earned pint.
There’s no forced sharing circle.
No “how does that make you feel?” moments.
Just a bunch of good blokes, moving their bodies, clearing their heads… and hanging out after.
“Most guys stay for about 20 minutes after. The chat just happens. It’s organic.”
And usually hilarious.
You come for the mobility.
You stay for the mates.
And maybe a midweek lager.
Bro-ga: one of the few places it’s totally acceptable to discuss tight hips, dodgy knees, and BBQ plans in the same breath.
