This is how I start my mornings.

Not because it’s trendy.
Not because everyone’s doing it.
But because how you feel when you start the day sets the tone for everything that follows.

I begin with gratitude and love for the day ahead. On purpose.

You can’t create a life you love from stress, worry or desperation.

You create from how you feel.

So even if this morning you pause and think of just one thing you’re truly grateful for and actually feel it in your body, it makes a difference. A real one.

I say my gratitude out loud, hand on heart, breathing into each word.

I feel it.

Then I say thank you three times with intention.

It takes five minutes or less.
And it shifts my mindset every single day.

If today feels busy or heavy, this is your gentle reminder.

I caught myself rushing back into work yesterday, even though this quiet lull is meant to be savoured.

So this is me, pausing.
Breathing.
Taking my own advice.
