Empowering Your Health

Sports and Remedial massage is suitable for all, to help with a range of different problems from muscular pain and tension, reduced range of movement, pre/post sports events, and to generally help and maintain muscle and joint condition,which can help prevent soft tissue injuries.

I used a range of diffrent techniques from Myofascial release and trigger points to stretches and mobilisations.
