I am fully trained, qualified and insured in massage therapy, and offer Swedish, Indian Head, Hot Stones, and Pregnancy massage. I am passionate about creating a soothing atmosphere to help relax and rejuvenate you during your treatment, and will always work with you to understand how best to boost your mind, body, and spirit during your time in my treatment room. I am based at Gingers of Cononley every Friday - message, call or email me to book in for the Winter season.

I've been meaning to update this page since the start of this year to let all you lovely people know I've taken a step back from massage therapy for a little while! I absolutely love massage therapy and all the positives it brings (to both my clients and myself!) but I found in the last 6 months of balancing my music work, my day job, and my massage therapy appointments (along with, you know, life) it was becoming too much for me to handle well and enjoy.
I want to be able to give to others in a positive and generous way, and to give my massage therapy skills and business the time they deserve. So I need to simplify my life and think about how I'm going to relaunch when the time is right!
I want to sincerely thank all my clients and friends for coming to see me, and want to say it's been a privilege to share that space with you. I hope you will come and see me when I get going again 🥰

Mother's Day is this weekend, and how apt that I have just finished a beautiful hot stones massage with a lovely young mum of two. 🧡
It was a pleasure to create some space for a busy mother to come and spend some time, and receive a rejuvenating, soothing massage.

Wow, I love this quote!
We don't have a massage culture in the UK the way a lot of other countries and cultures do, and I think lot of people really miss out on a fundamental element of holistic care in this way.
The therapeutic benefits of touch and physical care are so evident when I see my clients post-massage. That, and a little space and time to talk through some of their recent life events and challenges... the magic mind, body, soul combination.
