📣 Meet the Dream Team:

🐾 Yvonne – Business Owner / Personal Trainer / Tuna Dispenser She may be the official boss, but the feline faction has spoken—she’s only here because she brings the good stuff. Between crunches and contracts, she keeps the whole crew in shape and stocked with snacks. Picture her trying to run a strategy meeting while Sky lounges on the presentation clicker.

💅 Sky – Receptionist / Diva-in-Chief She’s fabulous, she’s in charge (unofficially, of course), and she lets everyone know it. If charisma were currency, Sky would own the whole building. She directs guests, cats, and occasionally the business plan itself—all while wearing designer attitude and a killer dress.

🎭 Louis – Head of Marketing / Resident Rascal Marketing genius by day, heart-melting cutie by… well, always. He’s got ideas as wild as his hair and a smile that makes co-workers forgive everything from missed deadlines to glitter-filled presentations. Sky keeps him grounded—kind of.

🛡️ Chester – Head of Security / Cuddly Enforcer Big job, soft soul. He’s trained for high-stakes protection, but when it comes to troublemakers, he’d rather send Sky to handle it—with her signature sass and clipboard diplomacy. He might look tough, but he’s secretly knitting cat-sized hats in his spare time.

Louise came to see me in September 2023 after struggling with the impact of long covid and the onset of menopause. We have worked together ever since, and this is the feedback Louise has given me:
