✨ Appointment Etiquette Reminder ✨

We are a by-appointment-only business.
There is no receptionist — my phone number and booking QR code are displayed on the door for enquiries and bookings.

📞 I do not answer calls or messages when I’m with a client. Please leave me a message, and I’ll respond at my earliest convenience.

🚗 I also work mobile, travelling between our therapy base and clients’ homes. This is why sticking to appointment times is essential.

⏰ I arrive between 10–20 minutes before each appointment to prepare, so your treatment always begins on time at your booked slot. If I’m running late I will let you know 🙏🏼

🚪 Arriving early does not mean your appointment will start early. If you’re too early, I may not be able to answer the door while I get ready for your treatment.

Respecting appointment times allows me to give every client (including you!) my full energy, focus, and care. 💜

Dr Diane Rasmussen who is a Usui/Holy Fire®️ III World Peace Master Practitioner and Teacher.
In 2010, she trained in Canada with Carole Wray of Carole Wray Holistic Therapies, and she later learnt from Marilyn Mackay of Clear Channel Reiki in Glasgow.
She belongs to the Reiki Membership Association under the International Center for Reiki Training.

A naturally intuitive healer, Diane provides relaxing Reiki sessions online or in person. She teaches Usui Holy Fire®️ III Reiki at all levels, and she facilitates Usui Reiki practitioners’ upgrades to the more powerful Holy Fire®️ III energy.

She provides healing sessions and classes either online or in person at Samantha Gibson Therapies in Consett, which is a small town in County Durham, England, located high on the edge of the North Pennines National Landscape and surrounded by wild natural beauty.

The netting was broken, the workman must’ve scared their mother away and now they’re enclosed in while their mother can’t get back to them. She’s not been sighted all day.
Is there anyone that can collect them so they don’t die?
