Podiatrist – required for independent care home
Harwood House is a luxury independent care home based in Cookham Dean, Berkshire.
We have a requirement for a self-employed podiatrist for our residents. If you are an independent professional podiatrist with at least 2 – 3 years’ experience working with elderly people, we would love to hear from you. We anticipate the requirement will be 2 – 3 times a month dependent on our occupancy.

Some recent arts and crafts activities

We tried a new Art technique called Paper Quilling which the Residents really took too, and made their own design to fill in their initial/ shape. It was a fiddly job making lots of quills, which we then used to make into different shapes. It was an intricate task, but they did a fantastic job, don’t they look great?

We also tried our hand at Decoupage, decorating tissue boxes, photo frames and trinket boxes. A relaxing activity enjoyed by all. 🎨🖌️

🐦‍⬛ A enjoyable afternoon was had by all last week making some bird feeders for the garden. The birds (and squirrels) have been enjoying them!

Job Location: Cookham Dean, Berkshire
We are looking for a dedicated individual to support our ancillary department. The role is adaptable and will involve cover in our kitchen, laundry and housekeeping areas. The role is currently a bank position only however if successful this could become a permanent position.
