Had the most wholesome weekend at the very first New Dawn Health And Wellbeing retreat.

A beautiful weekend from start to finish full of mindfulness, healing & love ❤️ with the best group of people.

Niall & Mairead put in so much detail from start to finish and went above and beyond my expectations.

An unforgettable experience and already looking forward to the next one.

Head 2 Toe holistic therapies will be ‘BACK OPENED’ for business for 2025 this week! 💜💜

My new hours work schedule will be alternating days between a Friday evening, Saturday afternoon or a Sunday evening.

Sadly I won’t be working anymore evenings through the week going forward due to other work commitments.

Anyone that has purchased a voucher before Christmas , please get in touch to get booked in 🥰
