Time for me. My weight loss is so important, but life gets complicated! It would have been easy to not get to group today - I could have come up with a million reasons why I’m too busy! I know that’s not going to help me - so time for me! To pause - to think - to reflect and to take those important steps forwards to next week!

An amazing lady this world will miss forever! Without Margaret deciding that the world needed something better for long lasting weigh loss - my life would be very different. My families life would be very different! My job would be different!

On the anniversary of her passing, we remember our beloved founder Margaret Miles Bramwell OBE. Her vision, compassion and understanding touched the hearts and changed the lives of millions of people, and her legacy continues to inspire us all ❤️.
