A video to give you a tiny introduction to the two crystal singing bowls I sometimes use during a healing session. The sound on the home video doesn't do it justice but when you are in the room it's very different.

The healing vibration off Romeo ( Root ) and Juliet ( Heart) is amazing.
Extremely good for the nervous system amongst other things.
