We are currently in the process of installing collection boxes for our wonderful patients to collect prescriptions from at their convenience. This will make life a lot easier for most patients that are busy during our opening hours, as prescriptions will be able to be collected any time. Some items will not be able to be placed in this, for example fridge and controlled drugs. However any prescriptions that meet the criteria will be placed into the boxes when ready, patients will receive notification and a code. Then at your own convenience just pop along, and enter the code received, then if you pay for prescriptions the payment can be made using the self service card machine.
As this is new we will be setting this up over the coming weeks, however if you have any questions or would like to collect your prescriptions from the drop box please either pop into the pharmacy, call on 01249 712000 or you can message privately through our page (please note you may not get an instant response so please be patient)
