VINYASA ~ Begin with flowing postures to warm the body, release tension, and connect breath with movement that feels great in the body.

YIN ~ As the pace slows, the practice shifts into longer, supportive shapes to really calm the nervous system.

The class finishes extended savasana time, allowing you time to deeeply relaaax.

All levels are welcome. Come exactly as you are and leave feeling calm, centered, and restored.

Blown away by the support for Homebody over the past few weeks.

Crowdfund total so far: £2,040. An amazing amount of money. Still a way to go, but such an encouraging start!

If you missed it…

I am opening a space called Homebody in Moreton in Marsh.

Homebody is not just another yoga studio. It is a shared community living room. A place to move and rest, but also to sit, talk, learn and belong.

Yoga and movement sit alongside book clubs, workshops, co working, talks, quiet mornings and community led ideas, all under one welcoming roof.

Homebody is designed to feel like a home away from home. Somewhere you feel comfortable the moment you walk through the door. Somewhere you feel connected to, as if it were your own. A place to slow down, feel good in your body, meet others and let creativity flow.

Why Moreton in Marsh needs this space:

Moreton is a growing and busy town, yet many people feel there are few welcoming spaces that are not purely commercial.

Opportunities for connection outside of pubs or gyms are limited, and social isolation is increasing, particularly among men and older adults. There is also a shortage of flexible venues for community led ideas and events.

The vision is simple. Homebody becomes a calm, welcoming hub for the whole community, with particular care for those who often feel left out of traditional wellbeing spaces. A space where people feel safe to be themselves and more at home in their bodies and lives.

Alongside investing my own savings into this project, I have launched a crowdfunder so Homebody can open in a way that feels sustainable and long term.

If you would like to support the project, I would be so grateful if you shared it with someone who might love it, or simply followed along as it takes shape. And if you are in a position to contribute financially, any size pledge helps bring this vision to life.

But it’s not in this external noise that we find direction…

It comes from the quiet within.

Everything we’re searching for, every answer to every indecision is waiting, inward. We just have to slow down and tune in.

So I’ve created this space. Where we give ourselves time and space and stillness. Enough so the mind can soften and that inner knowing can gently begin to rise to the surface.

If you’ve been feeling a little lost or disconnected, this is your invitation.
