The menopause does not have to be a negative experience, herbal remedies can help balance hormones and support the liver and adrenals at this stage. Struggling with menopausal symptoms??? I’ve stuck my own head on this post as I am my own best experiment. After a turbulent start to the menopause combined with a cancer diagnosis, I can safely say it’s been a long road. But looking back on it now it has been a great learning experience. I have treated myself naturally with herbal remedies and learned so much along the way. I also completed my thesis on how herbal medicine can support women through the menopause. So don’t suffer in silence there are so many natural ways you can manage symptoms. Dm or phone for a consultation. 🥵😩😴
