This week, a couple of conversations have came up for me about changing. And I don't like to think of anyone as changing... because I feel, in today's world, when you embark on a wellness journey, you don't change... you become who you where meant to be before the world told you who to be! You don't rebuild who you where, you find the true authentic you! And with that, you become a version of yourself that the world, places and people maybe don't recognise anymore, but you finally begin living the life you should be 💓🥰 So to each and everyone of you who has stepped not only through the doors of Ree-lax, but through the doors of anywhere, to find yourself again, to heal, to grow...keeping doing you...find the person you where meant to be before the world told you who to be, and don't feel guilty for it, feel proud for it!
