Different neurotypes, personality disorders and mental health conditions 🧡
Personally, I have adhd and an IQ of 140, I have experienced mental health with depression and anxiety. I've noticed within myself that 'younger me' would also have had a personality disorder.

Now, my only diagnosis is my adhd (which can't ever disappear) and I have no acquired mental health conditions anymore. Personally, being responsible for my own mental health and exploring my own behaviour was the best thing I could do for myself and everyday I'm glad I did :)
