You can blame Roald Dahl for your mediocre life.

Or possibly Walt Disney.

Or maybe even the A-Team.

Here's why...

Your mindset.

Which is your own personal set of thoughts, beliefs and assumptions about how the world works (and is what you use to make ALL of your decisions).

Is predominantly formed by the age of 7.

So.

Whatever external influences you come into contact with before that age.

Will all have a massive effect on how your life turns out.

Now i.

Like many kids.

Grew up watching my fair share of TV and films:

> Disney movies.

> The A-Team.

> E.T.

> Fraggle Rock.

> The Moomins.

> Scooby fu***ng Doo.

Etc; Etc; Etc;

I was also an avid reader.

I read the Roald Dahl books over and over again.

And I loved the 'Choose Your Own Adventure' series.

Now.

Bear with me.

Because I'm getting to the important bit....

When you consume these kinds of things.

(especially before the age of 7)

What's happening is.

Your brain is getting programmed.

Your brain is getting programmed to believe that.

As long as you are a good person.

As long as you are a 'goodie' and not a 'baddie'.

Then.

Sooner or later.

Everything is going to turn out brilliantly for you.

You KNOW that sooner or later you will be riding off into the sunset (or flying off in your spaceship) with your perfect life.

And so.

What many of us do.

Is try our best to be a good person.

We say 'please' and 'thank you'.

We don't cheat, rob or steal.

We don't hurt anyone.

And.

Whether we're conscious of it or not.

We think that this will be enough to see us alright in the end.

We genuinely believe that because we're 'goodies'.

Sooner or later.

We're going to be leading this amazingly happy life.

But.

Unfortunately.

This is EXACTLY what f***s many people up.

They wait, and wait, and wait and wait.

And the whole time they're subconsciously thinking:

"Any day now my life is going to be fu***ng amazing!"

And then.

All of a sudden.

They're 90 years old and they're thinking to themselves:

"What the f**k happened to that amazing life I was promised?"

And then it dawns on them.

They have a moment of clarity:

"Being a good person ISN'T enough on it's own. You have to be a good person AND take some fu***ng action!"

But.

By then.

It's too fu***ng late.

Now.

I know.

Quite a few of you will be thinking that I'm talking complete bo****ks.

If that's the case.

Then please consider this.

LOOK AROUND YOU.

95% of people are not happy.

They're not necessarily UNHAPPY.

But they're definitely not happy in the true sense of the word.

This is what they're doing:

"They are going through the motions, living mediocre lives, trying to be a good person - mistakingly thinking that one day something amazing will happen to them and they will finally be happy "

So.

Please.

Consider yourself lucky to be reading this post.

You are lucky because you can now avoid making this MASSIVE mistake.

You now have the opportunity to STOP WAITING and START TAKING ACTION.

Yes.

Keep being a good person (pump out positive energy, and The Universe will pump it right back at ya).

But.

Simultaneously.

Decide EXACTLY what it is that you want out of life.

And go out and make it fu***ng happen for yourself.

PLEASE...

Do it whilst you still have time.

Do EVERYTHING that you want to do with your life whilst you still can.

Stop going through the motions and living in mediocrity.

Realise your TRUE potential before it's too late.

And if you don't?

Then I promise you...
..one day you will wish that you had! šŸ™ˆšŸ™ˆšŸ™ˆ

Many people ask me how I find it so easy to stick to my Primal/Keto nutritional lifestyle.

Well.

It’s actually not that difficult when you fully understand what the f**k conventional nutrition does to your body.

This is just one example:

Sugar.

Sugar causes crusting in your brain - EXACTLY like the one on top of a Creme BrƻlƩ!

Sugar reacts with certain proteins and forms little crusts or plaques called AGES (advanced glycation end products).

The AGES basically clog your brain up, damage the cells and tissue that they come into contact with, and ultimately lead to a loss of brain function and very likely dementia.

Now.

I used to love a Snickers as much as the next man (or woman).

But not if that is the fu***ng consequence.

Personally I’d rather NOT have a sugary crust forming on my brain! 😳

"Round pegs in square holes."

That's what many people are.

And.

In my humble opinion.

It's the cause of so many of societies problems.

Here's the deal.

Many human beings are simply not designed to be confined.

(i was going to use the word 'enslaved' - let me know in the 'comments' if you think that's too strong a word? We'll go with 'confined' for now)

Many human beings are not designed for having to turn up in the same place Monday - Friday.

From 0900 - 1700.

And do the same old s**t all day every day, week in week out, month after month, year after year.

Many human beings are not designed for being told that they're only allowed 30 days off per year...
..and that they can only take those 30 days when it's convenient for their employer.

And.

If you break the rules.

If you don't turn up in this certain place and do the same old s**t all day....

You lose your job.

You lose your income.

You struggle to feed your family.

And.

Ultimately.

Somebody comes along and takes your house and car off you.

Think about it.

Who the actual f**k wants to live like that?

So.

Is it any wonder people eat too much s**t?

Drink too much alcohol?

Take drugs?

Gamble?

Are aggressive?

Are depressed or anxious?

Get divorced?

Kill themselves?

Etc; etc; etc;

Now.

Some of you will think i'm bonkers.

That's fine.

Some of you are square pegs in square holes. (and there's nothing wrong with that if you're genuinely happy)

But.

I know that some of you won't think i'm bonkers.

Some of you are square pegs in round holes.

So.

If any of this resonates.

If you think you are a square peg in a round hole.

Please understand this....
.... you CAN do something about it.

The only reason that you think you can't is because you've been conditioned by society from a young age to believe that that is the only way, or the best way, to live life.

It isn't.

Or at least it doesn't have to be if you're not happy.

PLEASE start giving this some thought.....

What are you passionate about?

What do you LOVE to do?

What are you good at?

How could you use that thing to generate an income?

What do you actually WANT to do?

Then.

Start thinking about how you could transition into this new life.

What would you need to do?

What new skills would you need to learn?

What sacrifices would you need to make?

Then.

What you do is this....

You stop watching fu***ng box sets.

You stop spending hours scrolling through your phone.

You stop spending so much time 'socializing'.

And you start spending all that time you currently fu***ng waste transitioning into your new life.

Some people will do this.

Some people won't.

But.

One day.

The people who don't will wish that they did.

15/02/2022

You won't believe this!

I was coaching a guy last week and he said:

(these were his exact words!)

"I've always fancied being a journalist, but I'm 42 now and I'm too old!"

F**k me!

42!!??

I felt like head butting the wall, and then head butting him!šŸ˜†

So.

Please.

If you're having similar thoughts.

Please understand.

42 is NOTHING.

AT 42 YOU ARE STILL A BABY!!!!

Don't believe me?

Try this exercise:

Think back.

What is your EARLIEST memory?

What is the VERY first thing you can EVER remember doing?

Now.

If you sit and think about it for a moment.

You will probably be able to remember something that happened when you were 4 or 5 years old.

(your first day at school for example)

The memory may be a bit vague.

But.

It will be there.

Now.

How long ago does that memory seem?

It probably seems like a million fu***ng years ago.

And.

When you think about all the other things that have happened in your life between then and now.

It's hard to describe how long ago that memory feels.

Now.

This is the important bit:

Think again about how long ago that memory seems.

And then consider this...

If you're now 42 years old now (or anywhere around there).

And you reach the average UK life expectancy of 86.

Then that means that you have MORE than your entire life (up to now) to live all over again.

So.

If that earliest memory seems like a million years ago.

Then that is the amount of time that you still have to go.

So.

Basically.

What I'm saying is:

"You have all the time in the world to go and do whatever the f**k you like."

Listen.

I'm 45 years old in April.

I'm in the process of building a health and fitness app.

And I'm still running people around my local park, putting them through their paces at my Bootcamp.

And.

Unless there was some kind of rule against it (like joining the military for example).

It wouldn't ever cross my mind that I was too old to do ANYTHING that I wanted to do.

So.

PLEASE.

Don't let your f**ked up perspective of age and time stop you.

Please go and do whatever it is that you REALLY want to do with your life.

Trust me.

If you don't.

I promise you that some day you will wish that you had.

14/02/2022

I’m now almost 45 years old.

And I’ve still got massive things I want to do and achieve with the rest of my life.

But.

I’ll be honest.

At the moment.

I often feel like like quitting.

Because.

As you can imagine.

Having 4 kids is an absolute fu***ng game changer!

And trying to do everything I’m trying to do at the moment seems like ā€˜Mission Impossible’.

There just aren’t enough hours in the day!

However.

2 things that I’ve learned and practiced over the last few years help keep me going.

This is what they are:

Firstly...

You override your own thoughts.

This is actually really simple.

Simple but effective.

This is what you do….

You decide what your goal is.

You write it down in your journal.

You look at it every day.

And then.

From then on.

You carefully analyse ALL of your own thoughts.

And.

Any thought that is NOT in alignment with you achieving that goal…

….you simply ignore it, and do the exact opposite!

You do a manual override on the thought and you just keep going.

So.

For example.

When the thought pops into my head:

ā€œYou’re never going to achieve everything you want to achieve now that you’ve got 4 kids. It’s a waste of time even trying!ā€

I have two options.

a) I can run with the thought - and give up on all of my dreams and ambitions.

b) I can ignore it, and keep fu***ng going!

The decision is completely in my hands.

Please understand.

Just because a thought pops into your head, it doesn’t mean that you have to run with it.

Especially when the thought is not in alignment with what you’re trying to do with your life!

Secondly….

This is what I know.

Sleep depravation has an adverse affect on your outlook on life.

It makes you feel pessimistic.

It knocks your confidence.

It makes you think that none of your ideas are ever going to work.

So.

Any time that my brain is telling me to give up.

I just have a quiet word with myself:

ā€œLee, you’re just tired, that is why your brain is telling you to quit. Just keep going and you WILL eventually get there!ā€

So.

If YOU are currently on a journey towards some BIG goals in your life.

Always remember:

>> Mindset is EVERYTHING. Ignore the negative thoughts, only run with the positive ones.

>> Sleep depravation and/or fatigue will make you want to quit. Don’t give into it. Keep going!

Listen.

Only around 5% of people ever achieve the things they want to achieve in life.

The other 95% listen to too many of their own thoughts, and they quit when they get tired.

So.

If you want to be one of the 5%.

Please listen to everything I just said.

Because they are two of the most important lessons you will ever learn šŸ‘ŠšŸ‘ŠšŸ‘Š

11/02/2022

I was talking to a good friend of mine yesterday.

He's a great guy.

He's a teacher.

Has been for years.

But he feels as though he's ready for a new challenge.

He's ready to take his life in a new direction.

Anyway.

We were chatting away.

And we were discussing his options.

And.

As you can imagine.

I was asking him questions like:

"What is it you love to do?"

"What gives you a sense of purpose?"

And he told me something that I didn't know about him.

It turns out that he volunteers at an animal sanctuary one day a week.

And he bloody LOVES it!

He says it's what he looks forward to more than anything else.

He loves working with the animals.

And the sanctuary gets a lot of kids visiting the place, including ones with learning disabilities, and it gives him a real buzz seeing them being shown around and learning about all the animals.

And also.

As I already knew.

My friend also loves writing.

Now.

As a coach.

It's not my job to tell people what to do.

What my job is is to get them thinking about what they'd REALLY love to do with their life...
..and then help them understand that there is no real reason why it can't be done.

So.

After our conversation.

I'm hoping that my mate goes away and decides to open his OWN animal sanctuary (why the hell not!?).

Makes it a roaring success.

And then writes a bloody book on the whole adventure!

Imagine how good a story that would make?

"Stressed out teacher quits his job and opens his own animal sanctuary!"

People would love it!

And the thing is.

My mate is a super capable guy.

The only problem is - he doesn't understand how capable.

I KNOW he could do it if he set his mind to it and took action.

If anybody could do it, he could.

Because he's PASSIONATE about the animals, and working with the kids would give him a sense of PURPOSE.

And.

When you've got PASSION and PURPOSE.

And you combine that with a strong mindset and self-belief.

You can figure out a way to achieve literally anything.

And.

If you think I'm crazy.

Think about everything I've said.

And give me one good reason why it couldn't be done?

And.

Whilst you're thinking about that.

Also think about what YOU would REALLY love to do with YOUR life.

And give me one good reason why you couldn't do that either?

Please understand.

The only thing standing between you and the life you desire...
..is your false belief that it cannot be done.

So.

Why not sit down this weekend and make a fu***ng plan?

Guys.I'm super busy at the moment building this app. of mine.So.A super quick story for you on 'Passion' and 'Purpose'.....
10/02/2022

Guys.

I'm super busy at the moment building this app. of mine.

So.

A super quick story for you on 'Passion' and 'Purpose'....

Yesterday.

My little girl Esme had me up at 05.15.

And.

As you can imagine.

Since the arrival of my baby boys at Xmas.

I haven't had a huge amount of sleep.

In fact.

To be honest.

I'm pretty fu***ng knackered!

However.

Despite this.

I worked all day on my app.

I got home from the office at 20.00.

I quickly ate dinner with Holly.

And then I carried on working right up until 10.00 o'clock at night.

By then.

I was pretty tired.

And I sensed that the standard of my work was dropping.

So I called it a day.

Now.

Here's the deal.

I'm not a naturally motivated person.

In fact.

My natural tendency leans towards laziness.

Earlier in my life there is no way I would have worked up until 8 at night.

Let alone carried on after my dinner until 10.00 p.m.

But.

Since I got into my personal development.

I've learned that if you are PASSIONATE about what you do.

And it gives you a sense of PURPOSE.

Then it gives you almost super human levels of energy and productivity.

This is because what you're doing doesn't seem like work.

You're happy to sit down and crack on with it.

There's almost nothing you'd rather do.

So.

Please understand:

(this is important)

If you ever want to achieve anything extraordinary in your life (and be happy doing it).

You WILL need super human levels of energy and productivity.

Intelligence.

Creativity.

And hard work WILL NOT be enough.

It won't be enough because:

It does not matter what field you are in.

You WILL have competition.

And.

If that competition is more passionate about what they're doing than you are...
...then you will ALWAYS get out-performed (regardless of your work ethic).

So.

Please give careful consideration to everything I just said.

Do you KNOW that you are capable of great things, but it just isn't happening for you?

Have you hit a 'glass-ceiling'.

Are you struggling to break through to that elusive 'next level.'

If you are.

Take a few minutes now to think about WHY you're doing what you do.

Is it because you're passionate about it, and it gives you a sense of purpose?

Or.

Are you doing it purely for status and/or to make money?

Because if it's the latter.

You may want to have a re-think.

I'll say it once more:

"Somebody who is passionate about what they do will ALWAYS out perform somebody who isn't."

So.

Think.

Do you need to change your path?

Please give it some serious thought.

Because if you do.

And you take action.

I promise you.

It will change your world.

09/02/2022

If you feel stuck in a rut.

Or if you KNOW that you're not realising your full potential.

Please read this post.

It contains EVERYTHING that you need to know to rectify the situation.

It explains EXACTLY where you're going wrong.

It could change your life (if you action the information).

Here goes:

So.

If you're stuck.

Or if you aren't achieving everything you KNOW you're capable of.

This is what's going on:

(in no particular order)

1. You have the wrong mindset.

You are in possession of a set of deeply held thoughts, beliefs and assumptions that are not in alignment with you achieving your goals.

Please understand.

EVERYBODY has a mindset that is unique to them.

Most of it would have been put in place by the age of 7.

And what it contains will depend greatly on your parents, teachers, family, peers and what you saw, heard or read as you were growing up.

A very quick example.

If you get up every day and go and do a job you don't really like...
..then I can almost guarantee that your parents did the same.

So.

If you ever want to get anywhere.

You need to change your mindset.

You need a strong and powerful one.

2. You have no energy.

Because you don't do any exercise and eat too much s**t, you are full of good ideas but never actually do anything.

You never actually do anything because you're too tired.

Go for a walk and stop eating as much crap and you'll be surprised at how much energy you can generate.

With a little bit of effort, you'll be able to generate more than enough to start achieving some goals.

3. You lack confidence and self-belief.

As the old saying goes:

"Whether you believe that you can, or you believe that you can't - you are always right!"

People dismiss positive thinking as 'woo-woo'.

But.

Unless you genuinely believe that you can do something.

You will never invest the time and energy in taking the actions necessary to achieve it.

Start fu***ng believing in yourself and have some confidence in your own ability.

4. You lack clarity.

You know that you're not happy, but you're not sure what EXACTLY will make you happy.

Think about it.

You never embark on ANY journey unless you know where you're going.

Changing your life is no different.

Get clarity, and I promise you you will start taking action.

5. You have no sense of purpose or fulfilment.

You know that you're having no real impact on the world.

You know that you're just going through the motions in life.

You often find yourself thinking 'what's the point'?

So.

A quick tip for you.

Think about what pi**es you off most in this world.

And.

Instead of whining about it all the time.

Get off your arse and do something about it.

6. You are in the wrong environment.

And no.

I'm not talking about greenhouse gasses or the fu***ng ozone layer!

What I mean is...

Think now about the 4-5 people you spend the most time with.

I can almost guarantee that your level of drive, ambition and achievement will be roughly the same as their's.

If you hang around with dossers - you too will be a dosser.

So.

Change your environment.

Stop hanging around with dossers...
..or anybody else who drains your energy and/or confidence.

Listen.

You do those 5 things and I promise you your life will change.

And.

If you need any help.

Remember that this is 'what I do'.

I'm a professional at helping people figure out all of the above and helping them move their life from A to B..

Sure.

You might be able to figure it all out (eventually) on your own.

But you'll do it a hell of a lot quicker if you've got someone (who knows what they're doing!) helping you.

(It will work out a lot cheaper too!)

08/02/2022

Imagine you're on Death Row.

Imagine you're on Death Row and you're literally about to be executed.

You're strapped to the chair.

You have the electrodes stuck to your chest.

You have that metal hat on that fries your brain.

Your victims families are sat there watching.

The holy man has read you your last rites.

And they're about to plug you into the fu***ng mains and turn it on full blast.

What would you be thinking?

Well.

I'll tell you what you'd be thinking.

You'd be thinking:

'Why the f**k did I do it!!??"

Now.

Go back to imaging you're in that chair and they're about to flick the switch.

What would you give to be able to turn the clock back to the morning of your crime, and just tell yourself to stay in fu***ng bed?

What would you give to be able to travel back in time and beg yourself not to do it?

Can you imagine the intensity of your pleading?

You'd be frantic.

Now.

Hold on to that thought and consider the following.

The day will come when you KNOW you are going to die soon.

You'll be old as f**k and you will know that 'the end is nigh'.

So.

My question to you is:

"If, on that day, you could turn the clock back and speak to your present day self, what would you tell yourself to do?"

Would you tell yourself to quit the 9-5 job that you fu***ng hate?

Would you tell yourself to close down the business that has taken over your life, and go do something else?

Would you tell yourself to either fix or leave your loveless relationship?

Would you tell yourself to get yourself fit and healthy and not spend your entire life overweight?

Would it be more than one of the above!?

Listen.

This would be one of the most powerful things you could ever do:

1. Re-read everything I just said and give it some serious thought.

2. Write down in your journal what you WOULD actually tell yourself to do.

3. Follow that advice to the fu***ng letter.

Please understand:

If you don't do the exercise I just outlined.

I promise you.

The day will come when you'll wish that you had.

AND.

It will feel even worse because I've told you plenty of times to do it.

Please don’t waste your life.

04/02/2022

Listen.

This is what EVERYONE should do with their life...

"They should do whatever it is that they currently consider to be silly."

Let me explain what I mean.

Now.

As you may know.

I coach a lot of people who come to me because they feel stuck in a rut.

They've lost direction.

And they're feeling pretty disillusioned with life.

So.

One of the first things I ask them is:

"If you could do anything, what would you do with your life?"

And.

When I ask them that.

This is what happens....

They hesitate for a few seconds.

They look down at the ground.

And then they say:

"I'm not sure."

Now.

As soon as they say that.

I know that they're full of s**t.

I know that they're full of s**t because if you've been stuck in a rut for a long time, you've given a lot of thought as to what you'd REALLY like to do with your life.

(in fact, you don't really think about much else)

But.

What's happened is.

You've told yourself that you're 'being silly'.

You've told yourself that whatever it is you REALLY want to do is out of your reach.

And.

Because you've told yourself that so many times.

You've actually started to believe it.

And so.

If anybody asks you what you'd like to do.

Instead of telling them.

You feel embarrassed.

And you say: 'I don't know'.

Now.

Pay attention to this bit...

When a client bulls**ts me and say's 'I don't know.'

I put them under a bit of gentle pressure and get them to tell me what it is.

I then get them to write it down in their notepad.

Then.

I get them to write down all the reasons why they couldn't do whatever it is that they want to do.

And.

The only condition is.

That whatever they write down has to be TRUE and VALID.

And.

You've guessed it.

None of them can EVER write down a true and valid reason why they cannot do whatever it is that they REALLY want to do.

And.

If you doubt anything that I've just said.

Try it for yourself.

Write down a detailed description of what you'd REALLY like your life to look like...
...and then I challenge you to write down one single (true and valid) reason why you couldn't make it happen.

This is an excellent exercise to do.

Because it makes you understand that the only reason you aren't living the life that you desire is because you've told yourself that it isn't possible.

And you've told it yourself that many times that you now believe it.

But.

The good news is.

You can stop believing that bulls**t story any time you like.

And.

As soon as you do.

I promise you.

Your whole life will change.

03/02/2022

The legend in this photograph is Shazzams Flint aka Sharon.

Sharon achieved everything she’s achieved by eliminating all sugars and refined carbohydrates from her diet and following a ketogenic nutritional lifestyle.

Now.

Generally speaking.

If you ask anybody from the mainstream fitness industry about the ā€˜Keto Diet’, they’ll try and dismiss it.

They’ll say it only ā€˜works’ because it puts you into a calorie deficit, the same as any other diet.

However.

That is factually incorrect.

Because even though the ā€˜Keto Diet’ does indeed put you into calorie deficit (obviously assuming you don’t deliberately overeat).

It has several other MASSIVE advantages over a conventional ā€˜diet’ (when done properly).

For example:

> You NEVER feel hungry. So no more sitting there all evening wishing you could eat something.

> You don’t get food cravings. So no more sitting there all evening wishing you could raid the ā€˜naughty cupboard’.

> It makes it easier for your body to access stored body fat for use as fuel, which means you see results very quickly and are encouraged to keep going.

> No need to arse around with ā€˜calorie counting’. As you have a natural inclination to eat less anyway, your body has taken care of that for you.

> You will notice a dramatic improvement in your mood and energy levels.

> You will be drastically reducing your risk of developing many chronic illnesses.

> You will be delaying the ageing process (sugar and refined carbohydrates make the cells in your body age faster than they would do naturally).

So.

As I always say:

ā€œChallenge conventional wisdom.ā€

Never do anything purely because it’s what everybody else does.

When I was in the Marines I was always getting a bollocking for not doing everything by email.

At the time I was on a 'Training Team' training the new recruits.

And.

If I needed anything.

Ammunition, rations, maps, compasses, First Aid equipment etc; etc;

Instead of emailing the relevant department.

I'd just ring them up.

Or.

If it was a nice day.

I'd just take a walk over to the other side of the base and see them.

But.

As you can imagine.

That isn't ideal.

As there is then no record of what's been said.

And I couldn't keep the rest of the Training Team 'in the loop'.

I was always getting bollocked for it.

So.

It begs the question.

'Why didn't I use my email account?'

Well.

The simple answer is:

I fu***ng hated computers!

(and still do to a certain extent)

I'd never used one up until that point in my career, and didn't really have a clue what I was doing.

Every time I tried to use one I ended up wanting to put my foot through the screen or throw it at the wall.

So.

Instead.

I used to do it the old fashioned way and use the 'old dog and bone' or do it face to face.

Anyway.

By now.

You're probably wondering why I'm telling you all this.

So I'll get to the point.

I've spent the last two days building a web page that contains all the information people need about my 1-1 coaching and mentoring service.

And.

As you might know.

I'm also in the process of building my own 'Primal' health and wellness app.

(production got suspended for a while when my twin boys arrived at Xmas)

Not bad for a guy who used to struggle to send an email eh!?

So.

What's all this got to do with you?

Well.

I'll tell you.

I speak with a lot of people who get stuck.

Stuck in a rut.

You see, they have a dream.

But they cannot pursue that dream because they are lacking a certain skill (or skills).

I'll give you a quick example.

I heard about a girl recently who wanted to be a Spiritual Coach (which apparently she's amazing at).

She even packed her job in to pursue it.

But.

Because she didn't know how to market and sell herself as a Spiritual Coach.

She didn't get any clients.

And therefore had to go back to the 9-5 (which she hated).

So.

PLEASE.

Instead of giving up on your dream because you are lacking certain skills...
...sit down and learn those fu***ng skills.

Instead of spending your weekend binge watching box sets, playing video games, or sitting in the pub.

Sit down at your kitchen table and learn the fu***ng skills you need to realise your dreams.

Listen.

If somebody like me can learn how to build web-pages and apps.

Then I'm pretty sure you can learn to do whatever it is YOU need to do.

One final point....

If you don't like doing the thing (whatever it is) that you need to learn.

You STILL can't let that stop you.

What you do instead is 'bite the bullet'.

You learn it.

You start building your business.

And you keep building it until you can pay other people to do the bits that you don't like.

(and the bonus is that, because you've learned it yourself, you will know if they're doing a good job or not!)

Anyway.

Have a fantastic day.
